In 1991, Rich Price, founder of Repair My Dent, began his journey in Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) through intensive professional training. After completing three months of rigorous instruction, he dedicated the next two years to mastering his craft, honing his skills through countless hours of hands-on experience.

In 1993, Rich established PDP – Paintless Dent Professionals, a company built on a commitment to exceptional workmanship, outstanding customer service, and lasting value. Through consistent quality and customer referrals, the business quickly earned a strong reputation within the automotive industry.

Initially, the company focused on providing paintless dent repair services for dealerships, wholesale accounts, and body shops. Working at the wholesale level allowed the team to repair hundreds of thousands of vehicles while developing industry-leading expertise in dent removal and automotive reconditioning.

As customer demand grew, so did the range of services offered. In 1997, the company expanded to include paint touch-up services and bumper scuff repair, creating a more complete solution for vehicle appearance restoration. This growth enabled the company to serve not only dealerships and automotive professionals but also individual vehicle owners seeking high-quality repairs.

In 2001, the business evolved into Repair My Dent, reflecting its expanded capabilities and customer-focused approach.
