My only regret is that I hadn't found Rich sooner!!! I would have given him a lot of work over the years, lol.

I took my car to get a quote at a local shop and they quoted something astronomical. It was so stupid that I don't even want to repeat the number. Anyway, I reached out on yelp and talked to 10-15 different dent repair businesses. The lack of professionalism from most was off putting. Rich was the most professional and straightforward.

He came to my house and we confirmed my quote. He was able to finish reattaching the molding, removing some dents, and buffing both doors in just 2 hours. The convenience of him coming to my house was worth it in itself. The level of professionalism, price, and punctuality was all right - Rich is a cut above the rest, no wonder he has all 5 stars! Thank you Rich!

Sir Rich was very responsive and competitive to my Yelp Inquiry. It is my first time to have any kind of Paintless Dent Repair done, especially it is for a almost brand new car so I took extra time to decide who to go with. Not to mention he did it at the comfort of my house and did not need to drop off and leave my car unlike the competition.

He is very personable and reasonable for the service he provides. Should I myself would need PDR services again, I will stick with Auto Recon Express and will definitely recommend them to family and friends. I am very happy and satisfied with the result of his work, he is truly a master of his craft, my car is back to looking like new!

Spoke to Rich on Monday and sent him pics for an estimate. Showed up Wednesday (on a rainy day) to examine the issues. Discussed what he could do (and what he couldn't do). For example, he can fix the bumper, but the crack on the right side (not visible) would require welding and additional tools and time. The small crack didn't bother me. The protrusions did. He set my expectations and went to work. For the price, time and convenience of coming to my house, the value is exponential. For comparison, the other recommendations I received was to replace the entire bumper with a new one, plus labor, it would cost me about $1,400 and I'd have to take it in for 1-2 days. Can't recommend Auto Recon Express enough. Would use him again in a second. Very happy with the speedy work and value.

My 24 Mazda CX-30 took a slight hit recently so I needed some work to make it look great again. I received a prompt reply from Rich and after sorting some details, we decided on a date and time. Rich was punctual and communicated well, which I something I really appreciate. I'm glad I went him with cause the car came out looking great, I wouldn't even have guessed that it had taken a hit.
